So what about it you might ask? The question is who is involved in UN Watch and how biased they are in their thinking and voting. Now UN Human Rights Council voted
155 out of 192 to say that Libya comes top in Africa on the Human Development Index, which measures longevity (the longest) infant mortality (the lowest) education, health services, well being. That was in May 2010.
At the same time Barack Obama was inaugarated as President of US, Qaddaffi made this speech:
"US oil companies, as well of those of UK, Germany, Spain, Norway Canada and Italy . "Oil should be owned by the State at this time, so we could better control prices by the increase or decrease in production", stated the Colonel.
Thats when the change of heart as far as the UN Watch is concerned happened. Blimey what do I know? Or all of us to that matter.

This is the war propoganda by the west(mostly US) about Gaddafi giving viagra to his soldiers to rape the women of the revolution side. Yeah another bloody story unproven so far.

Russia’s envoy to NATO, Dmitri Rogozin said late Wednesday that Ban Ki-moon and NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer signed the declaration of cooperation between the secretariats on 23 September during the UN General Assembly in New York. Mr Rogozin accused Ban Ki-moon of acting beyond his powers and pointed to a discrepancy between the preface and the body of the document, saying Moscow could not consider the document legitimate and would view it as reflecting the UN chief’s personal opinion. Mr Rogozin said he hoped the issue would be raised in the UN Security Council and the secretariat, as well as at NATO, because the document related to Afghanistan.
