I never went to school. And that is another story. Most probably if I have not already written, I will write pretty soon about all that time of my history. But you all know that the history books tell us that C Columbus discovered Americas. Meggallen discovered the straight which is named after him. Vasco De Gama discovered the sea path around Horn Of Africa. And Captain Cook discovered Australia. It is a lot of cow poo and more.

A guy called Gavin Menzies have researched and found out what the European historians covered up and written a book called 1421. If you are like me who is interested in simple facts of the past please go and read 1421 by G Menzies. It is written in very simple English even I can understand. So you learned reader will be OK.

In simplicity China has been a sea going nation well before the Europeans managed little coast hugging boats. These giant ships can carry 1000 people and cross the great oceans of the world. And the Chinese travelled around the world and mapped most of it. Antartic, Arctic, Americas, Australia. How the hell did they do it. One wonders how do they know about the longitudes and latitudes. Yeah they understood how to get these information from stars and from the eclipses of the moon. Heh Heh hee hee. Now, now, you lazy boys and girls it is all been explained in the book read it. Beg borrw or steal the frigging book; thou shalt be enlightened.

OK here is an extract from the book:

"......When they returned Zhu Di lost control and China was beginning its long, self-imposed isolation from the world it had so recently embraced. The great ships rotted at their moorings and the records of their journeys were destroyed. Lost was the knowledge that Chinese ships had reached America seventy years before Columbus and circumnavigated the globe a century before Magellan. They had also discovered Antarctica, reached Australia three hundred and fifty years before Cook and solved the problem of longitude three hundred years before the Europeans and last of all comes the biggest controversy. New Zealand historians have been the most apoplectic of all about my book. Anything that challenges Maori legend is to be resisted at all costs! Accepted New Zealand history has it that the foreign animals and plants found by the first Europeans were brought by the Maoris in their open canoes - that is, horses, pigs, dogs, rats and an array of plants from South America, North America, Asia and the Pacific. According to New Zealand historians, the Maoris traded all over the world.
A number of critics have emailed me about the size of the tankers required by Zheng He`s fleets to provide water for horses, arguing that the limiting factor on the number of horses was the number of water tankers; it would have been impossible to desalinate anywhere near enough water to satisfy more than a handful of horses as each needs about three gallons a day. Now, apply this to the Maori scenario, travelling from Tahiti to New Zealand in open canoes. They must have brought at least two horses to breed as one pregnant mare would not produce a line. I have taken my submarine from New Zealand to Tahiti; the seas are short and choppy most of the year which makes for a difficult journey which would probably have taken at least six weeks. Horses drink more in exposed conditions of high humidity such as spray in an open boat, so the consumption is likely to have been at least five gallons a day per horse, which for a six-week journey amounts to 420 gallons or around a ton of water per animal. Then, of course, the animals would have needed hay, and that`s not to mention food and water for the boats` crews. I submit that it would have been impossible for Maoris to bring horses to New Zealand. The wild Kaimanawa ponies of North Island must therefore have been brought by others, either Europeans or Chinese. DNA tests are in hand for the Kaimanawa, the Pasos of Peru, the Assateagues of the islands off Virginia and the Kiger Mustangs of North America. I believe their common ancestor will turn out to be the blood horses of Tajikistan which were the mounts of the Chinese cavalry. Emperor Zhu Di imported millions to China during his reign.

When the first Europeans arrived in New Zealand they came across an array of plants foreign to the island. The most common was Chenopodium album, introduced from North America, where it has been used by native peoples to make cakes since time immemorial. Captain Cook discovered it in 1769. The second is marsh cress, Rorippa palustris, identified by the French expedition of 1826-9 aboard L`Astrobole. Again, this was used by the Navajo - who have Chinese DNA, and whose elders to this day understand Chinese - as a ritual eyewash. Others include maize, which originated in Peru; scented grass from Colombia; taro from China (Captain Cook); yams from the Pacific (Captain Cook); and most celebrated of all, the kumara, the sweet potato, from South America (where it is called kumar), which, as Captain Cook rightly said, was a vitally important food for Maori people.

Someone, either Maoris, Polynesians, South American Indians or Chinese, must have brought these plants to New Zealand. The carriers were clearly not Europeans for they found the plants there. Thor Heyerdahl, to my mind one of the greatest explorers of all time, argued that it was Incas who had sailed from Peru to Tahiti then onwards. Regrettably, DNA has shown that his hypothesis is incorrect; if it were true, Inca DNA should be found on the Pacific islands. An investigative team of Cambridge archaeologists led by Matt Hurles published their findings in the American Journal of Human Genetics: only on one island around Tahiti, Rapa, did they find the distinctive DNA of native South Americans, and these Rapa genes had come from the crew of a Peruvian ship that stopped off at the island in 1862 to kidnap slaves.

Could it have been Maoris or Polynesians who travelled to South America and returned with the plants? This possibility has been examined by Professor Bryan Sykes and his team at Oxford University and written up in Bryan`s wonderful book The Seven Daughters of Eve. `If we found DNA matches [of Polynesians] in Chile or Peru, or even in coastal North America,` he wrote, ` then Heyerdahl was right. If we found them in south-east Asia, he was wrong.` Later, he concluded: `I had to be sure that 247, the defining variant of Polynesian mitochondrial DNA, was not abundant in the Americas. No-one had ever seen it. Not even once. Heyerdahl was wrong.`

So that, in my view, leaves only the Chinese as the possible carriers to Australia (seventy-four species) and New Zealand (eight species) of those South American plants found by the first Europeans. If it was the Chinese, their DNA should be found on both sides of the Pacific, in the Incas and the Maoris. We know that`s true for the Incas, but does Chinese DNA turn up in the Maoris?

First, a short digression. The Maoris were not the first to settle in New Zealand. Carbon dating of rat bones found in Hawkes Bay on the east coast of North Island shows them to be at least two thousand years old. The oldest Maori settlement dates back to AD 800. Dr. Richard Holdaway, a Christchurch palaeontologist, says the rats must have arrived by human voyagers - in short, humans must have arrived 800 years before the Maoris. As Dr. Rau Kirikiri, a leading Maori academic, reflected, `this could lead Maoris to question their own history.`

Back to Maori DNA. For the past fifty years debate has raged over where the Maori came from. Some say China (Taiwan), others Indonesia. Events have recently taken a startling turn. Adele White, for the ABC television programme Catalyst (broadcast on 27 March 2003), used mitochondrial (female line) DNA to trace Maori origins back as far as mainland Asia. But where in mainland Asia? The answer came from a surprising quarter - by looking at the gene for alcohol. Adele`s supervisor, Dr. Geoff Chambers, found a match between one of the variant genes for alcohol with people from Taiwan, so it seemed the original homeland of the Maori people was Taiwan. Or was it? When Dr. Chambers` team studied the Y (male) chromosome, they found a different story. While the females came from China, most of the men came from Melanesia.

What might have happened is that a small number of Melanesians settled in New Zealand about two thousand years ago; it was they who brought the rats whose bones have been carbon dated. Zhou Man`s fleet arrived from the Antarctic (Campbell Island) in 1422/23. They landed in substantial numbers in South Island and some ships were wrecked on North Island (Ruapuke Beach). The fleets carried Chinese Tanka concubines. The Melanesians murdered the Chinese men and took the concubines as their wives. If this was the case, evidence of the Chinese visit to South Island should be there. Thanks to Cedric Bell, to whom I am indebted, that evidence has been found. We have carbon dating of wood, mortar, stone and slag as evidence that the Chinese lived on South Island and mined her minerals for five centuries before Captain Cook `discovered` New Zealand.

I am, now more than ever, convinced that accepted history has been turned upside down, not only in New Zealand and Australia but in North and South America, across the Pacific and in the Arctic and Antarctic. The great bulk of the new evidence that has enabled me to make such startling claims has come from readers of my book. It is you, not historians or academics, who have rewritten history..."

I Like this term "Hobson's choice"; free choice in which only one option is offered, and one may refuse to take that option. The choice is therefore between taking the option or not taking it.

So this guy "Thomas Hobson (1544–1630), a livery stable owner at Cambridge, England who, in order to rotate the use of his horses, offered customers the choice of either taking the horse in the stall nearest the door or taking none at all."

The story of the Jews in America begins with Christopher Columbus. On August 2, 1492, more than 300,000 Jews were expelled from Spain and on August 3, the next day, Columbus set sail for the west, taking a group of Jews with him.

They were not, however, refugees, for the prophetic navigator's plans had aroused the sympathy of influential Jews for a long period previously. Columbus himself tells us that he consorted much with Jews. The first letter he wrote detailing his discoveries was to a Jew. Indeed, the eventful voyage itself which added to men's knowledge and wealth "the other half of the earth" was made possible by Jews. The pleasant story that it was Queen Isabella's jewels which financed the voyage has disappeared under cool research.

There were three Maranos or "secret Jews" who wielded great influence at the Spanish court: Luis de Santagel, who was an important merchant of Valencia and who was "farmer" of the royal taxes; his relative, Gabriel Sanchez, who was the royal treasurer; and their friend, the royal chamberlain, Juan Cabrero. These worked unceasingly on Queen Isabella's imagination, picturing to her the depletion of the royal treasury and the likelihood of Columbus discovering the fabulous gold of the Indies, until the Queen was ready to offer her jewels in pawn for the funds. But Santagel craved permission to advance the money himself, which he did, 17,000 ducats in all, about 5,000 pounds, perhaps equal to 40,000 pounds today.

Associated with Columbus in the voyage were at least five Jews: Luis de Torres, interpreter; Marco, the surgeon; Bernal, the physician; Alonzo de la Calle, and Gabriel Sanchez. Luis de Torres was the first man ashore, the first to discover the use of tobacco; he settled in Cuba and may be said to be the father of Jewish control of the tobacco business as it exists today.

Columbus' old patrons, Luis de Santagel and Gabriel Sanchez, received many privileges for the part they played in the work, but Columbus himself became the victim of a conspiracy fostered by Bernal, the ship's doctor, and suffered injustice and imprisonment as his reward.

From that beginning, Jews looked more and more to America as a fruitful field, and immigration set in strongly toward South America, principally Brazil. But because of military participation in a disagreement between the Brazilians and the Dutch, the Jews of Brazil found it necessary to emigrate, which they did in the direction of the Dutch colony of what is now New York. Peter Stuyvesant, the Dutch governor, did not entirely approve of their settling among his people and ordered them to leave, but the Jews had evidently taken the precaution to assure their being received if not welcomed, because upon revoking the order of Stuyvesant, the Directors gave as one of the reasons for the Jews being received, "the large amount of capital which they have invested in the shares of the Company."

Nevertheless they were forbidden to enter public service and to open retail shops, which had the effect of driving them into foreign trade in which they were soon exercising all but a monopoly because of their European connections.

This is only one of the thousand illustrations which can be given of the resourcefulness of the Jew. Forbid him in one direction he will excel in another. When he was forbidden to deal in new clothes, he sold old clothes - that was the beginning of the organized traffic in secondhand clothing. When he was forbidden to deal in merchandise, he dealt in waste - the Jew is the originator of the waste product business of the world; he was the originator of the salvage system; he found wealth in the debris of civilization. He taught people how to use old rags, how to clean old feathers, how to use gall nuts and rabbit skins. He has always had a taste for the furrier trade, which he now controls, and to him is due the multitude of common skins which now pass under various alluring trade names as furs of high origin.

Unwittingly, old Peter Stuyvesant compelled the Jews to make New York the principal port of America, and though a majority of New York Jews had fled to Philadelphia at the time of the American Revolution, most of them returned to New York at the earliest opportunity, instinct seeming to make them aware that, in New York was to be their principal paradise of gain. And so it has proved.

New York is the greatest center of Jewish population in the world. It is the gateway where the bulk of American imports and exports are taxed, and where practical all the business done in America pays tribute to the masters of money. The very land of the city is the holdings of the Jews.

No wonder that Jewish writers, viewing this unprecedented prosperity, this unchecked growth in wealth and power, exclaim enthusiastically that the United States is the Promised Land foretold by the prophets, and New York the New Jerusalem. Some have gone even further and described the peaks of the Rockies as "the mountains of Zion," and with reason, too, if the mining and coastal wealth of the Jews is considered.

In the time of George Washington there were about 4,000 Jews in the country, most of them well to do traders. They favored the American side and helped the revolutionary colonies out with loans at critical moments.

In fifty years the traceable increase in the Jewish population of the United States was more than 3,300,000. What it is today no man can estimate with any hope of accuracy.

To make a list of the lines of business controlled by the Jews of the United States would be to touch most of the vital industries of the country - those which are really vital, and those which cultivated habit have been made to seem vital. The theatrical business is exclusively Jewish: play-producing, booking, theater operation are all in the hands of Jews. This accounts for the fact that in almost every production today can be detected propaganda, sometimes glaringly commercial advertisement, sometimes direct political instruction.

The motion picture industry; the sugar industry; the tobacco industry; fifty per cent or more of the meat packing industry; over sixty per cent of the shoemaking industry; most of the musical purveying done in the country; jewelry; grain; cotton; oil; steel; magazine authorship; news distribution; the liquor business; the loan business; these, to name only the industries with national and international sweep, are in control of the Jews of the United States, either alone or in association with Jews overseas.

The American people would be vastly surprised if they could see a line-up of some of the "American business men' who hold up our commercial prestige overseas. They are mostly Jews. This may throw a sidelight on the regard in which "American business methods" are held in some parts of the world. When many different races of people can carry on business under the name "American," and do it legally, too, it is not surprising that Americans do not recognize some of the descriptions of American methods which appear in the foreign Press. If the reputation of American business has suffered, it is because something other than American methods have been used under the American name.

Instances of Jewish prosperity in the United States are commonplace, but prosperity, the just reward of foresight and application, is not to be confounded with control. It would be impossible for any Gentile coalition under similar circumstances to attain the control which the Jews have won, for the reason that there is lacking in the Gentile a certain quality of working-togetherness, a certain conspiracy of objective, and the adhesiveness of intense raciality, which characterizes the Jew. It is nothing to a Gentile that another man is a Gentile; it is next to everything to a Jew that the man at his door is another Jew.

The International Jewish plan to move their money market to the United States was what the American people did rot want. We have the warning of history as to what this means. It has meant in turn that Spain, Venice, Germany or Great Britain received the blame or suspicion of the world for what the Jewish financiers have done. It is a most important consideration that most of the national animosities that exist today arose out of resentment against what Jewish money power did under the camouflage of national names.

The British did this," "The Germans did this," when it was the International Jew who did it, the nations being but the marked spaces on his checker board. Today, around the world the blaming word is heard, "The United States did this. If it were not for the United States the world would be in a better shape. The Americans are a sordid, greedy, cruel people."

Why? Because the Jewish money power is centered here and is making money out of both our immunity and Europe's distress, playing one against the other; and because so many so-called "American business men" abroad today are not Americans at all - they are Jews.

To Me stupid Doctor?

I am taking more pain killers now than I have before. Because I have been taking the same pain killers for a mere 18 years. For my very knowledgable doctor it is not much as his "Clients" were not able to tell him this. When I do not complain of a problem I had this long, it does not mean that I am 'not' suffering from it. you the doctor is living abroad in a nice little place where you do not come across the likes of me or other 'shite' like me next to you having a pint. Please Dr Allen come and live near me so that you can see me about. Living in a different place you will always be my death and lots of money for you. Ofcourse you went through a lot of trouble to become a doctor. Do you know the ammount of frigging trouble I went through to be me. If you think you are better than me i got a little riddle for your illuminated, inflated mind Sir; If not for me "Thou shalt cease to exist".

Visit of Obama

After watching the live performance of the great black releaf worker Obama what I gathered was that in one of the questions he answered about Iraq and Afghani war. He said that we UK and US are spending lots of billions on war effort but at the moment back in US the price of food and petrol going up insanely and foreclosures of homes are going up. That wasted money can be used to sort everything out.

But do any of these Western media took that as a major talk the two people Obama and Brown did earlier. I have a lot of respect for Dopey Brown. He will not make a stand on anything but will listen to the people and change the course of the Gov. Very few have seen this small effective way of democracy yet?

Why I Don't Beleave Aliens Visiting Earth

Simply if the whole universe started from the "Big Bang (BB)", as the creationists say, then all the beings in the universe, aliens and all, started from one point. Since then we have been drifting away from the rest at a speed, which was the same as the speed of light at the "beginning", and reduced to the speed we have now, according to the laws of physics. So for an alien to come to Earth first he/she will have to exist outside this solar system, second to contact us they will have to have evolved a hell of a lot faster, than us as this argument.

While seem­ingly huge, the dis­tance to the craft dur­ing its film­ing was ti­ny in cos­mic terms: less than one-hundredth the dis­tance to the fur­thest plan­ets in our own so­lar sys­tem, let alone oth­ers.

Yet “s­pace tele­scopes un­der study by NASA would be able to ob­serve an Earth twin as a sin­gle point of light—a point whose to­tal bright­ness changes with time as dif­fer­ent land mass­es and oceans ro­tate in and out of view,” Sea­ger said. “The vi­deo will help us con­nect a var­y­ing point of plan­etary light with un­der­ly­ing oceans, con­ti­nents, and cloud­s—and find­ing oceans on ex­tra­so­lar plan­ets means iden­ti­fy­ing po­ten­tially habita­ble worlds.”

“Our vi­deo shows some spe­cif­ic fea­tures that are im­por­tant for ob­serva­t­ions of Earth-like plan­ets or­bit­ing oth­er stars,” said Drake Dem­ing of the agen­cy’s God­dard Space Flight Cen­ter in Green­belt, Md., dep­u­ty prin­ci­pal in­ves­ti­ga­tor for EPOXI.

“A ‘sun glint’ can be seen in the mov­ie, caused by light re­flected from Earth’s oceans, and si­m­i­lar glints to be ob­served from ex­tra­so­lar plan­ets could in­di­cate al­ien oceans. Al­so, we used in­fra­red light in­stead of the nor­mal red light to make the col­or com­pos­ite im­ages, and that makes the land mass­es much more vis­i­ble.” That hap­pens be­cause plants re­flect more strongly in near-in­fra­red light, a type of light with slightly less en­er­gy than the type vis­i­ble to the na­ked eye, Dem­ing ex­plained.

The Uni­ver­s­ity of Mar­y­land leads the over­all EPOXI mis­sion, while NASA God­dard leads the extra­so­lar plan­et ob­serva­t­ions."

But sometimes people like to go that way. And the US Gov knows that and uses it to get rid of the bloody waste of money, the injured VETs. I had to listen to her very loud voice repeating things and making me feel,"I want to go home, now". They promised a lot but no one person was following my progress. The good doctor who started my treatment left after two months into the treatment. Then it was upto the nurse. She was a good proffessional doing a job which she was not trained for. It will be nice if my doctor has time to read my blog. Hmmm dream on dreamer...

To Smoke Or Not To

I am a selfish person, who have no other thoughts. And you the READER remember that.

Here is the unedited version of my path to get my addiction to smoking.

In 1986,7 or somewhere I finished a session with some friends in High Kingsdown. A Session meaning whole night plus just messing around with sound equipment. at least my mates were producing gingles for the local radio stations. I was just drinking taking drugs making permanent supply of cups of tea. Well we all made the tea. And about 11 am next morning my mouth felt as it should. So I decided to go home. Just before I left I butted a three quarter ciggerret into the ash tray. I remember that as my mouth felt ahhhhrrr. On the way on Kingsdown Parade going up towords Cotham as I was living in Hapmton Road B&B at the time. I remember some people coming abreast of me and I felt that I wanted to cross the road to avoid them. But there was traffic and I could not. Next thing I remember, after I have passed this bunch of people, was that I am passing under some scaffoldings and I had a freshly lit ciggy in my hand. For a few moments I realised what 'my whole being' done something without me realising what is going on. I lighted a ciggy. I did not need the smoke. I felt comfortable with it, in a chaotic situation.

Then I started thinking about the whole situation. I went on a mad walk which took 11 days and ten minutes and 176 miles across Wales. Offa's Dyke Path. I did it with a friend of mine and on the 5th day (I have to check this with the journal I kept) I run of ciggys and money was running short of money. So I decided from that time onwords I will not buy any straights. And only smoke roll ups. Cool that I did manage to cut my smoking down to about 2.5 grams a day, by 2006. That was a facter of 50 grams to 2.5 grams.

Then in 23rd dec 2007 I decided not to buy any more tobacco. That was because I have run out of duty free I always smoked and didn't have any gismo to get any more. So since then I have been 'accused' of bumming tobacco who ever comes around. I had some shade leaves of ganja and started a mix. I finished the shade and got into ganja and baccy mix. I got to 1/10 level at the moment. I am trying to get it a bit sorted as some days I get zonked out but some days I don't. I will connect the blog together later.

Mexican torture videos reveal ties with US military contractors

Armed attack on US consulate in Istanbul

"On July 9, at about 10:30 a.m., a group of assailants opened fire on police in front of the US consulate in Istanbul. A gun battle ensued in which three police officers and three of the four attackers were killed.

Another police officer who was involved in the gun battle and a civilian driver of a police tow truck, as well as bystanders who were lined up to apply for US visas, were injured in the attack. The wounded were rushed to nearby hospitals but reportedly did not suffer life-threatening injuries. No injuries were reported to staff inside the consulate."

The Collective Punishment?

Blogging In The Afternoon: Loud People Kids

Here I am sitting down half witted with alcohol and ganja, thinking about what the heck is going on. I hear loud voices from the street corner, and get apprehensive about what I was thinking. what the hell was that?

Then I started thinking of...no a vision of me walking down the road with this little kid who was about 7 years old. We were going to a friend of mine's place, about 1/4 mile. He talked all the way. It was as if he was on a mission. Quite loud for a person of that stature. We got to the front door. Door bell was rung by him. Quietness ensued. He was dead quiet for the period we were in the house of my friend. For a couple of hours at least. Just thank you, sorry, pleas, toilet? Thats all.

We came out of the house and the kid continued what he was about when we stopped at the door of my friend. Yeah he was talking about his mum when we reached my friend. Of course I was interested in his mum, thats why I was looking after him init?

So here I am wondering about what that was about? Was he scared of the outside and was talking to put a front...yeah being loud annd all.

Farmers In England

I am a townee who is having a conversation with another scouser townee, who tells me that; he knew a farmer in Swansea, Wales who used to buy his bacon from the Tescos as he could not to eat bacon or any other meat produce from his own farm. He had a laptop computer, two knives, 747 flight manuals, a flight simulator computer program, fighting gloves and shin guards, and a computer disk with information about crop dusting. An FBI agent Mr Harry Samit who interrogated the Zacarias wanted to investigate the laptop and sent 70 emails in one weekand FBI agent Coleen Rowley made an explicit request for permission to search Moussaoui's personal rooms. These requests were first denied by her superior, Deputy General Counsel Marion "Spike" Bowman, and later rejected based upon FISA regulations (amended after 9/11 by the USA Patriot Act). Several further search attempts similarly failed.

This is from a statement given by Gus Hosein Visiting Fellow, Department of Information Systems, the London School of Economics and Political Science and Senior Fellow, to the the OSCE Mediterranean Seminar 2002 titled "An Academic's Response to The Media and New Technologies: Implications for Civil Society".

"Trend I: Increased International Co-operation in Criminal and Terrorism Matters

The issues surrounding jurisdiction and globalisation are confusing and sometimes quite constrictive to governments and other actors. A solution is to foster and generate co-operative regimes and structures. Sometimes this co-operation occurs under Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties, other times it occurs under quasi-rules; either way problems may arise. There are two examples of international co-operation conundrums.

The first involved Zacharias Moussaoui, the suspected 20th hijacker. When the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested him in August 2001 on a visa violation, the FBI found that Moussaoui also had a laptop computer. According to congressional testimony, the FBI agents believed erroneously that existing law would not permit them to gain access to the data on the laptop. As a result they devised a plan to send Moussaoui to France where French officials could gain access more readily to the computer and send the information back to the U.S. for review. In this sense, the FBI was planning to circumvent its perception of U.S. law by using international co-operation through France."

The guy does not say when this happened. Most probably after September 11th.

And from this article you can see that the laptop contained information concerning crop spraying, may be to put the investigations off track on bio terrorism.

Al-Shibh, now a fugitive, is allegedly a member of the Hamburg Al Qaeda cell that also included Mohammed Atta, who flew American Flight 11 into the World Trade Center on Sept. 11. Al-Shibh served as a financial coordinator for the conspiracy, the Feds say, and in early August sent $14,000 in two wire transfers to Moussaoui, who was evidently using some of the cash to enroll at Pan Am."

Any way this gragged on for 4 years and Robert Ferrell gave up and agreed for a lesser charge and got very lightly. And Steve was freedwithout charge after 4 years. "Part of Iran's assets in European banks have been converted to gold and shares and another part has been transferred to Asian banks," Mohsen Talaie, deputy foreign minister in charge of economic affairs, was quoted as saying." Bind Moggles init.

Now it takes a sharp turn here, as another article appeared in "Russian News and Information Agency RIA Novosti" says:

"Iranian officials denied on Tuesday reports that the government had withdrawn about $75 billion from European banks amid fears the funds could be frozen under planned new sanctions over the Iranian nuclear program. (VIDEO)

Iranian Shahrvand-e Emrouz weekly magazine on Monday quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Mohsen Talaie as saying part of Iran's assets in banks in Europe has been converted to gold and securities, and the other part has been transferred to Asian banks.

"No Iranian assets or deposits have been withdrawn or will be withdrawn from European banks to Iran or other countries," said Ali Divandari, managing director of Bank Mellat, a leading Iranian state-owned bank.

"There is no reason for such a transfer," he added."

Ethiopia's top disaster response official, Simon Mechale, insists that the food situation is "under control" and will be resolved within four months. But in the countryside, there are signs that drought has taken a more serious toll.

At a recent food distribution in a village some 155 miles southwest of the capital, more than 4,000 people showed up for free wheat and cooking oil, but only 1,300 rations were available."

"But despite the international help, the country is again facing hunger on a mass scale. Part of the reason, according to John Holmes, the top U.N. humanitarian official, is the country's climate, chronic drought and the large population - some 78 million people. He said the U.N. was hoping to boost the number of people it helps here.

"The World Food Program feeds some 8 million people already, together with the others in Ethiopia," he said. "But we may need to increase that, because of drought.""

Today I seen this article which says:

"The Ethiopian government has announced plans to increase its military budget by $50m to $400m, just one week after it appealed for international help to tackle its worst famine in 25 years."

We all know that the western democracy is corrupt. And the rest of the world follow suite. But when the words come out of the top media spokesperson in the Pentagon Dana Perino, it is the bottom line. Check this:

Her office quickly issued a statement: "NATO is not under investigation by the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. There is no formal inquiry into the actions of NATO during the conflict in Kosovo."[

"1. He says the three entities (UN, EU, Russia) who, with the United States, constitute a Quartet of powers self-appointed as the world's rulers should abandon their "supine" tendency to follow the U.S. lead in supporting Israel's position on the death-dealing sanctions against Gaza.

2. He says that Israel has 150 fully-armed nuclear weapons, a bold statement of what has been "generally known," that the U.S. and Israel are in blatant violation of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty with Israeli weapons furnished courtesy the U.S.: enough munitions for Israel itself to "obliterate" Iran or any other enemy without world assistance; this at a time when Israel is pressuing the U.S. to take action against Iran for the mere threat of developing such weapons.

3. He says that the Fatah political faction in Palestine, to which Israel, the U.S. and the rest of the Quartet have hitched their diplomatic stars, should share power with the duly-elected (in what the Carter Center certified as a clean election) Hamas as the country's government; rather than joining these other forces in excluding Hamas from the peace process.

4. He says that the U.S. should withdraw immediately and fully its occupation force in Iraq, never mind the "we'll do it when the Iraqis stand up for their own security" stance that will keep U.S. forces there indefinitely, whether the next President happens to have a D or an R after his/her name."

US Fraud in Iraq War...Surprised?

"31/05/09 "Times Of India" -- 30/05/08 -- NEW DELHI: The tale of massive fraud and embezzlement of millions of dollars by the US military in its operations in Iraq continues. Testifying before the US Congress Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on 22 May, Mary Ugone, deputy inspector general of accounts in the Pentagon said that an audit of $8.2 billion spending related to the Iraq war showed that $7.8 billion had been improperly spent.

Over 180,000 payments, mostly since the war started in 2003, were made by the defense department to contractors for everything from bottled water to vehicles to transportation services.

In her testimony, Ugone also revealed that $135 million were given to forces from three countries UK, South Korea and Poland to facilitate their participation in the war. This is the first time that the US has officially admitted paying its allies in the so-called Coalition of the Willing that invaded Iraq in March 2003."
